Social change places new demands on our social infrastructure. The annual funding gap for investments in social infrastructure is growing steadily, while the available public funds are becoming increasingly scarce. In a dynamically changing world, we believe it is becoming more and more important to pay increasing attention to disadvantaged groups and groups in need of support. After all, our society is made up of the sum of its individual parts.
As a result, we only invest in properties that can meet changing needs and cannot be financed solely by public funds. This relates to real estate properties with a focus on affordable and adequate housing, high-quality education, buildings whose purpose is sustaining and increasing the quality of life as well as other public real estate infrastructure of great public significance. Our focus here is on properties with public tenant structures or non-governmental organizations.
